“ servers were amazing!! we were sat immediately and offered drinks! the food was amazing visually and tasted just as good!! we got wacky waffles (not pictured), and green tea tiramisu pancakes. the waffles were very wacky ;) they were loaded with ice cream, oreos and bananas! and the pancakes were light and not too sweet! the cream was incredible! the restaurant itself is in a lovely area, very quiet and it was not busy while we dined. it was nicely decorated and very clean. the servers were on top of clearing dirty dishes and pouring our refills! it was a wonderful experience and a great place to celebrate my partner's new job! thank you cici's and waitstaff! ”
“ My favorite dish was the spywalker French toast, that is my new go-to at this establishment. It wasn't overly sweet and the consistency of the bread and flavors was perfect. I enjoyed the shrimp scramble as well, the pesto on it made the dish! The pancakes were a close second to the French toast. The service was good and consistent. The inside of the restaurant is much smaller than I expected, but with the outdoor area, they are able to accommodate quite a few folks. I was there on a Friday for lunch and there was no wait, but the following Saturday- the line was out the door! ”
“ Came in about an hour before closing on a Wednesday and we're seated right away! I imagine it's very busy on the weekends. The inside is clean and nicely decorated with a decent sized patio. We had the Bankok 101 mimosas and they were good! A sour and sweet mimosa. However it was the food that makes me want to come back asap. The Tiramisu pancakes were some of the fluffiest pancakes i've ever had and the tiramisu sauce was delicious. The bacon con queso benedict was also so good, I don't think I can order anything else next time! Server was friendly and attentive and checked up on us a few times. ”

We've been to both the Westlake Village and Tarzana locations, but the Westlake Village one is our top pick thanks to its spacious seating area. Even on a busy day, we were seated surprisingly quickly. What sets Cicis apart is its inventive and creative menu. Whether you're craving something sweet or savory, there's always something exciting to try. On our latest visit, we ordered the Aztec Hot Chocolate, the seasonal Iced Matcha Peppermint Bark Latte, the seasonal Mr. Grinch Pancakes, the Mamma Mia Waffles, and the Tiramisu Soufflé Cup. Every dish was absolutely delicious! Of the seasonal items, the Iced Matcha Peppermint Bark Latte was a standout--it reminded me of mint chocolate chip ice cream. While the peppermint flavor was delightful, I would have loved a stronger matcha kick. The Mr. Grinch Pancakes, with their fun green tea flavor, were another seasonal hit that we really enjoyed. The highlight of our meal, though, was the Tiramisu Soufflé Cup. It's huge, perfect for sharing, and absolutely worth the wait. The texture and flavor were incredible--a must-try for sure! Cicis Café is a fantastic place to discover unique, creative dishes. With its vibrant atmosphere, diverse menu, and delicious food, it's a must-visit spot. “ What an amazing breakfast at Cici's. Russell was our server and what an amazing person. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I had the Palmmy omelet and my wife had the Farmer's special omelet. I had coffee and OJ as well. The ambiance was pleasant and clean. Such a wonderful place. Highly recommended. ”
“ I happened to be staying on a nearby hotel and was looking for somewhere to stop for a quick breakfast and we instead found possibly the ultimate cozy brunch spot! Saying this spot had the ultimate pancake and waffle list would be an understatement. If you wanted your breakfast topped with something, they likely had it, accompanied with a fun name for it. Alongside the epic menu, they had some solid drink choices. I had a strawberry latte, and it was delicious. I wish I lived closer so I could go back again. The staff were all super friendly and checked in on us throughout the meal. We never felt like we couldn't get someone's attention when we needed it. Everything tasted incredible, I wish we had more time to wait for one of the souffle pancake options, but we enjoyed every bite If what we ordered.
